Product Process：
1.Cutting Material.
Use our automatic cutting material to cut the PVC and oxford fabric for ready to use.
2.Put valve onto the frame.
Use our high-frequency heat sealing technology to heat the valve onto the PVC frame.
3.Blowing the PVC into PVC frame.
Our worker use blowing technology to combine the PVC material together into PVC frame.
4.Glue the ground sheet.
Glue the army green ground sheet onto the bottom of the tent.Then put handles onto each corner.
5.Install the outside fabric & Test
Use ropes to install the outside coated onto tent frame.And then test the airtight for the frame.
6.Deflated & Packing
After testing,we need to deflate the tent and then pack the tent into bag then put into carton.
Product packaging：
1.Deflate the tent.
Deflate the tent for ready to pack.And make it into flat shape.
2.Roll it with polybag.
Roll the tent into roll sheet then use the polybag pack it.
3.Put into carton box.
Put the tent into 5 layers carton with waterproof package and belt.
